Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collect, coordinate and review applicant data to determine eligibility and priorities.
• Support communication with applicants, schedule meetings and track FEMA requests.
• Assist with claims by reviewing damage details, costs and scopes of work.
• Participate in FEMA meetings and contribute to determinations and close-out.
• May coordinate basic to moderate site inspections for damage validation.
