Job summary

MacAllister Machinery is seeking a Field Truck & Bus Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair hydro-excavation trucks, over-the-road trucks, and buses at customer sites. You will represent MacAllister in the field and deliver the high level of service our customers rely on every day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of diesel repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines and vehicle diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, drivetrains, electrical and hydraulic systems in the field.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service work at customer locations.
• Maintain service reports, orders, and parts documentation.
• Provide professional customer service while maintaining uptime and repair deadlines.
• Operate safely and follow all environmental and safety procedures.
