As a Service Tech III - Field Service, you'll perform maintenance and repairs on complex equipment safely and professionally. This role offers opportunities for growth into higher technician and leadership roles, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Perform safe maintenance and repair of rental equipment involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Travel to customer sites for repairs and maintenance; maintain a clean and professional service vehicle
• Assist in training lower-level technicians
• Complete work documentation accurately and promptly
• Assist with equipment and parts pick-up and delivery
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable record
• 3-5 years of experience in equipment repair/maintenance
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools
• Knowledge of various engines
• Own tools applicable to the position
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills
• Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs frequently
