As a Field Diesel Mechanic (Field Service Tech II), you'll perform maintenance and repairs on complex equipment safely and professionally. You will have opportunities to grow into higher Service Technician and leadership roles, while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe maintenance and repair of rental equipment involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Travel to customer sites for repairs/maintenance; maintain a clean and professional service vehicle.
• Assist in training lower-level technicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
• Assist with equipment and parts pick-up and delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record.
• 1-2 years of experience in vehicle and equipment repair/maintenance or trade school graduate.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools and engines.
• Own tools applicable to the position.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs. frequently.
