The Opportunity
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our customers in the Northeast U.S. This remote, field-based role involves providing technical support, warranty coordination, post-delivery inspections, and building strong relationships with fleet operators and service partners.

The ideal candidate has experience in the motorcoach or commercial vehicle industry, is comfortable working independently, and excels in a customer-facing role where technical knowledge and responsiveness are crucial.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide on-site and remote support for post-delivery inspections, service issues, and technical concerns
  2. Coordinate warranty claims and field campaigns with internal departments
  3. Log and manage customer cases in Salesforce, maintaining accurate service records
  4. Assist with service bulletin implementation and technical training as needed
  5. Represent Temsa professionally during customer visits, events, and delivery walkarounds
  6. Travel throughout the Northeast region to customer sites as required

Required Qualifications

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the motorcoach, transit bus, or heavy-duty vehicle industry
  2. Strong understanding of electrical systems, pneumatic components, and troubleshooting in the field
  3. Familiarity with Cummins engines, Allison transmissions, and diagnostic tools
  4. Knowledge of J1939 communication protocols is a plus
  5. Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills
  6. Ability to work independently with strong time management and organization
  7. Commercial Driver’s License with passenger endorsement or ability to obtain one
