Job summary

FMC Corporation is seeking a Field Station Development Representative for Central California. The role focuses on field-testing programs, coordinating CROs, and supporting product development with data-driven insights in a San Joaquin Valley–type terrain.

You will work with the US Field Development Manager and North America Product Development to enable trials, plot tours, and market intelligence while ensuring rigorous safety and regulatory standards are met in field operations.

Qualifications

• MS in entomology or related agricultural science.
• Knowledge of farming operations and field practices.
• State pesticide license required; PCA/CCA certifications pursued.
• 2+ years' experience in discovery, development or commercialization of agricultural products.
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lb backpack sprayer.

Responsibilities

• Field testing and field work; plan, design, plant, treat, and evaluate trials.
• Manage contracted and in-house field tests for biologicals and chemistries.
• Collect data and ensure timely entry and quality in the database.
• Develop action plans and budgets; coordinate with marketing, sales and tech service.
• Summarize data and communicate results to support decision making; host plot tours.
