Job summary

Expedition Technology (EXP) is seeking a mid-level Field Deployment Engineer to act as the technical bridge between operators, customers, and product teams. You will support field deployments, demonstrations, and testing across the IC and DOD ecosystems, translating operational challenges into product improvements and new capabilities.

Based in Northern Virginia or nearby, this hybrid role requires travel, strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences, and a proactive approach

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and enabling TSCM or technical collection capabilities in field environments.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product and capability enhancements.
• Proven ability to work with operators, mission owners, and SME teams.
• Willingness to travel 25-50%, CONUS and potentially OCONUS
• Active TS/SCI eligibility

Responsibilities

• Bridge product offerings and customer requirements in field deployments.
• Demonstrate credibility to enable sales with new and existing customers.
• Conduct product demos, installations, training, troubleshooting, and field tests.
• Understand customer mission context and define tailored configurations.
• Integrate systems into customer environments and deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide networking, system setup, operation, and support for new customers.
• Gather feedback and translate into product improvements.
• Support CONUS travel with possible OCONUS travel
• Serve as a trusted technical representative in customer settings
