Job summary

Sage, headquartered in New York City's Union Square, is seeking a Deployment Manager to lead on-site hardware installations across senior living communities. You will manage cabling and equipment placement, coach technicians, and build scalable playbooks to deploy faster and more reliably as we grow.

We value leadership, cross-functional collaboration with sales and implementation, and rigorous safety standards. Travel ~25% with a hybrid in-office culture allowing up to two remote days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in low-voltage/structured cabling or related field installations (AV, telecom, security).
• 3+ years leading or supervising a team of technicians or installers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites/projects simultaneously against tight timelines.
• Willingness to travel to job sites; travel ~25%.
• Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable with on-site client liaison.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of on-site hardware deployments across multi-state senior living communities.
• Lead, hire, and develop a team of installation technicians with coaching.
• Translate coverage plans and floor plan markups into detailed site-ready installation and cabling plans with sales and implementation teams.
• Coordinate deployment logistics across simultaneous, phased rollouts spanning multiple states.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for client facility staff during installations.
• Establish and enforce installation quality and safety standards with site audits.
• Build and improve installation playbooks, checklists, and training materials for scalability.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and escalate when needed.
• Report deployment status, risks, and timelines to internal stakeholders.
