Job summary

Modular Power Solutions, LLC is seeking a Deployment Specialist to coordinate delivery, assembly, and inspection of products across U.S. job sites.

The role requires frequent travel and close collaboration with drivers, site teams, subcontractors, and internal staff to ensure smooth deployments. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in construction or project coordination, strong problem‑solving skills, and proficiency with MS Office; Oracle is a plus.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical construction, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction and/or project coordination.
  • Computer, filing and 10-key skills required.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skill.
  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to job sites up to 75% to coordinate deliveries and installs.
  • Coordinate release of products to customers and act as main contact for stakeholders.
  • Oversee subcontractors to ensure safe, quality work.
  • Review drawings before delivery to verify logistical plans.
  • Document issues during inspection and resolve field problems.
  • Adapt to changing project conditions and schedules.

Job description

YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Deployment Specialist is responsible for the coordination of the delivery, assembly, and inspection of company products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Travel to jobsites when products are being delivered, ensure a smooth delivery of products, and guide the install of products.
  • Coordinate the release of our products to our customers.
  • Act as point of contact for stakeholders during the deployment of products, including truck drivers, site construction team, subcontractors, and employees.
  • Oversee subcontractors to ensure safe and quality work.
  • Review drawings before delivery of product to ensure the logistical plan is performed.
  • Assist in resolving construction problems related to delivery and issues in the field.
  • Adapt to changing conditions and schedules throughout the life of the projects.
  • Perform incoming equipment receiving inspections.
  • Review drawings and submittals to accurately represent inspection data.
  • Document any issues that arise during the inspection process.
THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE INTENDED TO DESCRIBE THE GENERAL NATURE AND SCOPE OF WORK BEING PERFORMED BY THIS POSITION.

Additional duties will be assigned based on the position’s role within the business unit.

  • Supporting and assisting the MPS freight team.
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical construction, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction and/or project coordination (or a combination of education, training, and relevant experience).
  • Computer, filing and 10‑key skills required.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skill.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.
TRAVEL:

Up to 75% with travel to job sites across the U.S. as needed.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning. Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite. Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
