Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. Gwynn Oak, MD is seeking a Delivery Helper to support loading, locating job sites, backing, and preparing the job site and truck for the next day. You will assist with unloading, securing materials, and following safety guidelines to protect personnel and equipment.

The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 75 lbs, the ability to communicate clearly, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate information accurately.
• Stamina to lift at least 75 lbs.
• Must be able to prioritize job sites and deadlines.
• Must be able to multitask and work under time pressures.

Responsibilities

• Compliance with OSHA/DOT and safety guidelines for all personnel.
• Perform pre-trip inspections of equipment, paperwork and loads for accuracy.
• Safely unload product and deliver to the assigned area as directed.
• Secure mud, equipment, metal, and pallets on the truck.
• Navigate routes to job sites and prepare trucks for next-day work.
