Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Delivery Helper to support loading, locating job sites, backing into positions, and preparing the truck for the next day.

You will maintain the truck and equipment while following OSHA and DOT safety rules and company policies. The role requires the ability to read and communicate clearly, lift heavy materials, work independently or as part of a team, and manage time to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate information accurately.
• Stamina to lift at least 75 lbs to carry materials such as drywall and joint compounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and on a team; ability to lead, execute and/or delegate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload product and deliver to assigned area per customer instructions.
• Load, secure mud, equipment, metal, and pallets on the truck.
• Navigate routes to the job site and comply with safety guidelines.
• Perform pre-trip inspections of equipment, paperwork and loaded product for accuracy.
