Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Delivery Helper to support loading, locating job sites, backing, and site preparation. The role includes preparing the truck for the next day and maintaining equipment, with emphasis on safety and efficiency on every delivery.

You will perform pre-trip checks, unload materials, and ensure secure transport while following OSHA/DOT guidelines. Candidates should be capable of lifting heavy loads and working in an outdoor environment throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate information accurately.
• Stamina to lift at least 75 lbs when handling materials.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and on a team and to lead or delegate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company, state and federal guidelines, including OSHA and DOT for safety.
• Perform pre-trip inspections of equipment and paperwork to ensure order accuracy.
• Safely unload product and deliver to the designated area as directed by the customer.
• Secure mud, equipment, and pallets on the truck and navigate routes to job sites.
