Job summary

Lendbuzz seeks a results-driven Dealership Account Manager to expand our auto finance network in the San Jose area. This on-site, field-based role visits dealerships daily, builds partnerships, and drives growth across the territory.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, with a six-day work week and strong emphasis on relationship-building, market analysis, and achieving sales targets through CRM-driven outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in account management, sales, or business development.
• Experience in auto finance or dealership account management preferred.
• Willingness to travel daily within the territory and work six days a week.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Business Development: identify and engage potential dealership partners to expand our network and market share.
• Dealer Support and Relationship Management: provide exceptional support to existing dealer partners and drive their success.
• Market Analysis: conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends and adjust strategies.
• Brand Promotion: elevate brand visibility and awareness through strategic outreach and communication.
