Job summary

Lendbuzz is seeking a Dealership Account Manager in San Francisco, CA. This on-site role requires visiting dealerships daily, building partnerships, and driving growth across the territory. The position follows a six-day work week with travel within the territory and a focus on auto finance performance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in account management or sales, CRM experience, and a Bachelor's degree. Bilingual Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in account management, sales, or business development.
• Experience in auto finance or dealership account management; special finance a plus.
• Willingness to work a six-day week with daily in-person visits to dealership partners.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Business Development: identify and engage potential dealership partners to expand network and market share in automotive finance.
• Dealer Support and Relationship Management: deliver exceptional support to dealer partners, ensuring satisfaction and success.
• Market Analysis: conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends and opportunities in automotive finance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Brand Promotion: elevate brand visibility and awareness through strategic outreach and effective communication.
