Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal Service.
• Experience interviewing clients, respondents, and/or customers to gather data in person and/or by telephone.
• Experience using a smartphone, tablet, or computer to collect data and generate reports.
• Experience completing work assignments in accordance with production or progress standards.
• Experience applying procedural guidance to address complex or unusual problems.

Responsibilities

• Direct Field Representatives to resolve issues and ensure data collection per standards.
• Assist with recruitment and training of Field Representatives.
• Conduct in-person interviews as needed within the area specified.
• Evaluate, monitor, and mentor Field Representatives using performance metrics.
• Handle payroll and leave approvals; manage administrative duties.
• Work a mixed-tour schedule including evenings or weekends up to 40 hours.
