Job summary

United Utility Services in the United States is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and oversee daily field survey activities, focusing on safe, efficient data collection and timely project delivery.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams (Ground Survey, UAS, GPR, etc.), ensure safety and quality compliance, manage logistics and equipment readiness, and support geospatial workflows to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Geomatics or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• FAA Part 107 Certification and knowledge of UAS operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and schedule field survey activities to meet project requirements and budgets.
• Coordinate daily and weekly plans with project management, engineering, and geospatial teams.
• Ensure accurate capture of survey data using GPS, UAVs, GPR, cameras, and related field equipment.
• Monitor field progress and resolve access, weather, equipment, and staffing issues.
• Oversee equipment readiness, logistics, and crew productivity to ensure safety and quality.
