Qualifications

• 3 years of IT support experience.
• Experience onboarding new users to Microsoft 365.
• Experience migrating end user emails and documents to Outlook and OneDrive.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and configuration of desktop/laptop hardware.
• Migrate customer data from decommissioned devices.
• Provide end-user customer support.
