Role & responsibilities

Data migration specialist responsible for planning, mapping, extracting, transforming, loading, validating, and reconciling data into D365 CE / Dataverse. This role will work with functional and technical teams to ensure migrated data supports business processes and reporting needs.

5+ years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years in D365 CE / Dataverse data migration.

CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS

Must understand migration complexity beyond simple imports, including relationship handling, incremental loads, mock runs, reconciliation, cutover planning, and data quality issue management.

• Candidates with hands-on experience using cloud migration and data engineering tools (Azure Data Factory, Databricks) are strongly preferred over those whose experience is limited to SQL-based ETL tools (e.g., Kingsway Soft/KWS).
