AMTRACO seeks a customer support driver to manage inventories, process orders, resolve inquiries, and provide ongoing field support across Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota. The role includes base pay, monthly commission, and quarterly bonuses as part of overall compensation.

The position requires two years of related experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to travel extensively within the Midwest region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of related experience and/or training.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in office equipment and software (word processing, spreadsheets, database applications).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the designated region.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled inventories and obtain purchase orders to maintain stock.
• Organize, label, and cycle inventory in storage areas.
• Respond to questions about products, pricing, availability, and usage.
• Process incoming orders for your territory and upsell when possible.
• Notify territory representative of key activities.
• Work with outside sales reps to understand customer needs and prepare samples.
• Prepare and submit regular activity, sales volume, and expense reports.
