Job summary

Amtraco, Inc. is seeking a Route Sales Driver to maintain customer inventories, process orders, and provide ongoing support across Southern WI, IL, IA, and MN.

You will conduct regular inventory checks, handle inquiries, coordinate with outside sales, and report on activities and sales volume. This full-time role requires travel and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Ability to operate office equipment and software (word processing, spreadsheets, database).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents.
• Ability to manage extensive travel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventories for existing customers and obtain POs to keep optimal levels.
• Handle inquiries about product, price, availability and uses.
• Process incoming orders for the designated territory and up-sell when possible.
• Coordinate with outside sales reps to determine customer needs and samples.
• Investigate and expedite product claims and complaints per policy; provide ongoing support.
• Prepare and submit periodic activity reports, sales volume and expenses.
