Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher with customer contact experience and knowledge of field activities in customer services and distribution operations.
• Associate degree with 4+ years of customer contact experience in the same area.
• HS Diploma or GED with 6+ years of customer contact experience in the same area.

Responsibilities

• Explain billing options and tariff analysis to meet customer needs and seek revenue opportunities.
• Manage delinquent accounts and reduce charged-off balances; prepare billing corrections as needed.
• Explain distribution system basics and power quality to customers; discuss energy management tariffs.
• Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts and balance customer and company needs; engage community.
