Job summary

You will handle billing explanations, tariff analysis, energy management initiatives, and act as the point of contact for customers, balancing needs and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or related field with 2 years customer contact experience.
• Associate degree with 4 years customer contact experience.
• HS Diploma or GED with 6 years customer contact experience.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Understand rates and tariffs to offer billing options and tariff analysis for customers.
• Explain service reliability and meter technologies to customers.
• Promote energy efficiency programs and participate in community events.
• Serve as primary contact for customers in the territory and manage select accounts.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
