Job summary

Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Core Client Advocate to manage customer relationships across Northern California. You will be the voice of the customer to our engineers, guiding adoption, updates, and new workflows on our AI-enabled platform.

The role emphasizes field-based engagement with agencies, dashboards, and ongoing value delivery. The successful candidate will be an empathetic listener, a proactive problem solver, and skilled at keeping multiple projects organized while traveling

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of direct experience supporting customers to adopt technical software solutions.
• Enterprise software experience and startup exposure preferred, not required.
• Ability to travel ~60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own all customer relationships throughout the contract.
• Serve as the primary interface between customers and our engineers.
• Support customers with updates, workflows, and new platform features.
• Conduct onsite visits to build deep relationships with agency stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to develop case studies and success stories.
