Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year custodial experience and one year supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel weekly to remote Alaska villages and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct custodial inspections during each school visit and document findings.
• Provide on-site supervision and coaching to custodial staff during visits.
• Submit inspection findings and follow-up recommendations to the General Manager.
• Plan, coordinate and assist with floor care projects and scheduling.
• Train staff in cleaning procedures, floor care, safety and standard work practices.
• Coordinate daily assignments and site coverage during visits.
