Job summary

NANA Regional Corporation, Inc. is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to lead field-based custodial services for NWABSD schools in Alaska.

The role involves on-site direction, inspections, inventory checks, staff training, and execution of priority cleaning projects, especially floor care, with travel to village sites. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, hands-on floor care experience, and at least one year of supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on floor care knowledge including stripping, finishing, burnishing, and carpet extraction.
• Experience supervising staff and guiding work on-site.
• Good communication skills in English and basic digital reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct custodial inspections during each school visit and assess cleanliness, floor condition, equipment, and safety.
• Provide on-site supervision and coaching to custodial staff during visits.
• Submit inspection findings, project status, and follow-up to the General Manager after each visit.
