Job summary

Hana Brands seeks a Culinary Support Specialist to provide hands-on field support during the first 60 days of new kiosk openings, guiding franchisees and store teams through opening, training, and stabilization. The role emphasizes Signature Sushi standards, quality control, and readiness across COFO and COCO operations.

On Day 61, responsibilities transition to the Franchise Business Partner, with the position designed for extended deployment and significant travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sushi experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in foodservice, retail food operations, or culinary production.
• Experience training others in a store or field environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on culinary and operational support during the first 60 days of new COFO and COCO kiosk openings.
• Support locations with staffing gaps and temporary field coverage.
• Deliver opening and early post-opening culinary training to store teams.
• Reinforce established culinary standards and Signature Sushi procedures in the field.
• Coach teams to execute products to the Signature Sushi standard for quality and presentation.
• Support store teams in production, food safety, merchandising, and readiness standards.
• Stabilize new locations until permanent ownership and staffing are in place.
• Identify gaps and communicate them to the Manager, Culinary Standards & Support.
• Roll out updated culinary standards, tools, and training processes.
