Job summary

Hana Brands seeks a Culinary Support Specialist to drive field support for new kiosk openings, guiding franchisees and store teams through opening, training, and stabilization across COFO/COCO operations.

This role requires extensive travel, with a Day 61 handoff to the Franchise Business Partner for ongoing partnership management. Reports to the Manager, Culinary Standards & Support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sushi experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in foodservice, retail food operations, or culinary production.
• Experience training others in a store or field environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on culinary and operational support during the first 60 days of new kiosk openings.
• Support locations with staffing gaps or no franchisee in place.
• Deliver opening and early post-opening culinary training to store teams.
• Reinforce Signature Sushi standards, procedures, and best practices in the field.
• Coach teams to achieve Signature Sushi quality, consistency, and presentation.
