Job summary

3Pillar Global is expanding its field leadership with a Field CTO in the United States. The role focuses on thought leadership, consulting on strategic customer and partner engagements as billable work, and guiding product delivery teams on key accounts.

The candidate will work with sales teams to shape solutions, enable delivery, and build executive relationships, reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer. Strong communication and industry insight are essential.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience with strong exposure to Product, UX, Data Engineering & Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales Engagements: collaborate with client executives to understand challenges and share success stories from 3Pillar engagements.
• Consulting: act as technical advisor on technology and architectural strategy for clients and internal teams.
• Delivery Advice on the accounts you were engaged in as consultant or during the sales cycle: advise delivery teams and ensure solution continuity.
• Win Client Trust and Confidence: build executive relationships and guide technology decisions for current and future investments.
• Sales Enablement: work with Industry Leaders, Client Partners and Sales Executives to align business goals with technologies and solutions.
