Job summary

Accenture Google Business Group Mid-Market is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to own delivery from solution shaping through go-live. You will design execution plans for data and AI engagements, lead the implementation, and ensure the final product upgrades how clients leverage data and intelligent automation.

You will work with a dedicated offshore engineering team, setting strategic direction while maintaining single-point accountability for what ships.

Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years experience in hands-on, client-facing technology roles.
Extensive experience architecting and delivering on Google Cloud Platform data, AI, and modern data platforms.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery: scope, timeline, team, quality, and outcomes for data/AI engagements.
Design delivery approaches and manage cross-functional workstreams with onshore/offshore teams.
Provide technical advisory on offerings and underlying Google Cloud services.
Lead client communications, manage expectations, and maintain program momentum.
Stand up delivery, mobilize teams, and deliver capabilities within short timeframes.
Coordinate onshore leadership with offshore engineers to drive rapid value.
Establish governance, track progress, and ensure measurable client value.
