Job summary

Sharyland Water Supply Corporation in Texas is seeking a Crew Leader to drive field execution across our water distribution system. You will keep crews aligned, monitor progress, and ensure on-site standards are met to deliver safe, reliable service.

The role focuses on measurable results, coaching team members, enforcing safety practices, and adapting plans as conditions change. Applicants should be prepared to lead with urgency and clear communication on active sites throughout the service

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage field teams.
• High safety awareness and knowledge of applicable regulations.
• Experience coordinating crew work in field operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily work, coordinate staffing, and assign tasks to meet schedules.
• Provide supervision and on-the-job coaching for crew members.
• Enforce safety practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor quality and productivity; address issues in the field.
• Document work progress and communicate updates using basic tools.
• Lead in emergencies with calm, clear communication.
