Job summary

Strategic Government Resources, Inc. in Richardson, TX seeks a supervisory field professional to lead crews in the construction, repair, and maintenance of water distribution and wastewater systems.

You will inspect mains, supervise equipment operation, ensure safety, interpret maps, keep records, and coordinate with officials and the public. A High School diploma or GED is required; Texas CDL Class A must be obtained within 6 months; Class II Wastewater and Class C Water Distribution Licenses

Qualifications

• One year of experience in maintenance/construction of water distribution and wastewater systems.
• Knowledge of TCEQ and AWWA Rules and Regulations.
• Experience supervising crew or crews.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small crew in construction, maintenance, and replacement of water or sewer mains and/or service lines.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair failures in water and sewer mains.
• Supervise operation of equipment such as pumps, jetting machines, and air compressors.
• Jet and clean sewer lines and install/repair hydrants and valves.
• Maintain records of time, material, and equipment; ensure safety compliance.
