Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Utilities Crew Leader to oversee field crews, coordinate maintenance projects, and ensure safety across water and wastewater infrastructure installations. You will monitor equipment, prepare work orders, and train crew members while reporting to the Foreman.

This role requires CDL Class A with Tanker endorsement and a valid water distribution license. Hands-on leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in Utilities or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains assigned crew members.
• Plans, coordinates, and orders parts, supplies, and equipment for work orders.
• Inspects all equipment before use and reports problems to supervisor.
