Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Colorado is seeking a Foreperson to supervise daily crew operations, coordinate tasks, and enforce safety protocols on utility vegetation projects. You will mentor staff, conduct field training, and maintain records on work performed, crew time, and equipment status.

The role requires CDL, willingness to travel for storm work, ability to climb, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in variable conditions. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Understanding drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Good organization skills and ability to multi-task.
• Able to adjust to field requirements and take independent action without close supervision.
• Able to safely drive an approved company vehicle.
• Able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Weight of employee should not exceed approximately 300 pounds.
• No fear of heights.
• Willing to travel for storm work.

Responsabilités

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders.
• Conducts field training/retraining for crew.
• Enforces safe work practices per policy and OSHA.
• Communicates with property owners about access and work.
• Gathers permission to perform required work.
• Maintains customer relations through effective completion of tasks.
• Investigates incidents and minor damage claims as needed.
• Keeps accurate records and reports on crew performance and costs.
• Provides reports on incidents and equipment status.
• Cooperates with customers, police, and fire departments when needed.
• Sets up safety barriers and protects workers/public.
• Inspects and arranges repairs for tools and equipment.
