Job summary

Indiana Spray Foam, LLC is looking for a Crew Leader to drive on-time, high-quality performance across residential, commercial, and industrial spray foam sites in Lowell, Indiana. You will lead crews, ensure efficient workflows, and maintain safety and quality on every job.

This full-time role offers year-round work with a hourly pay range of $20.00–$25.00, plus a performance-based bonus potential, overtime opportunities, and comprehensive benefits to support long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience leading a multi-man crew.
• Foundational knowledge of general construction processes and site workflows.
• Proven ability to guide crews to meet targets safely and efficiently.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to regional field operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to keep field projects moving.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field operations across project sites to finish on time and within budget.
• Guide and support crew members, promoting safety and efficient workflow on-site.
• Coordinate on-site labor and material execution across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Enforce quality assurance standards to maintain exceptional workmanship on every job.
• Address real-time site challenges proactively to prevent downtime and preserve schedules.
• Serve as field point of contact, communicating clearly with operations leadership.
