Job summary

Wisconsin Home Improvement is seeking an experienced Low-Pressure Spray Foam Crew Lead to oversee a residential/light commercial crew, ensuring safe, high-quality installations for WHI customers. You’ll read work orders, coordinate with project managers, and mentor teammates on proper installation techniques.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew performing low-pressure spray foam installations in residential and light commercial applications.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to WHI quality standards.
• Prepare job sites and operate low-pressure spray foam equipment.
• Read work orders and verify materials needed for each project.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and project managers.
• Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and safety procedures.
• Maintain equipment and keep company vehicles and job sites clean and organized.
• Complete job documentation and communicate project updates with the office.

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders, in attics, crawl spaces, and other construction environments.
