Job summary

DryZone, LLC is seeking a Production Foreman to lead a crew installing high-quality repair products at homeowners' sites. You will oversee setup, safety, and customer communication to ensure a remarkable experience. Training and tools are provided, with opportunities to impact homeowners’ lives through effective spray foam/concrete lifting projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in spray foam/concrete lifting and chemical grouting applications, is required.
• Possesses strong leadership qualities with a talent for inspiring and directing others.
• Exceptional communication skills and a track record of cultivating positive working relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work evenings and some Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of installers on spray foam/concrete lifting projects (residential and commercial).
• Ensure proper setup, installation, and cleanup on each job site
• Operate spray foam/concrete lifting equipment and ensure materials are installed correctly and safely
• Provides on-site training to crew members to maintain quality and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and production managers
• Complete necessary documentation including job reports, safety checklists, and daily logs
• Maintain job site safety and maintain PPE use
• Manage tools, material, and equipment to minimize downtime and waste
