• CDL Preferred.
• Ability to travel 60-80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee training and development, including refresher, technical, supervisor, leadership, soft skills and compliance training.
• Maintain compliance with Safety rules and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA Safety regulations and standards.
• Teach craft employees standard procedures and processes.
• Assist in the development of craft trainings.
• Track training for all Craft employees.
• Maintain up-to-date certs.
