Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking a Craft Workforce Development Trainer to deliver hands-on training and skill development across Northwest GA power generation project sites. This site-based role focuses on directly instructing craft employees in the skills, certifications, and knowledge they need to perform their work safely and effectively.

Education / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications & Experience

Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a trainer, instructor, or journeyman in a construction or skilled trades environment
• Ability to develop and deliver technical training content to adult learners in a field setting
• Hands-on knowledge of one or more craft disciplines (electrical, mechanical, civil, rigging, or similar)
• Comfortable working in and around an active heavy civil construction environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)
• Background as an instructor at a trade school, apprenticeship program, or union training center
• Familiarity with rigging, flagging/spotter, forklift, or other craft certification programs
• Experience with craft workforce development programs in power generation, industrial, or heavy civil construction
