KEMRON Environmental Services, Inc. seeks a Field Cost Accountant to support project operations in the Atlanta, GA area.

This field-based role focuses on cost accounting, procurement, and administrative tasks to keep cost records accurate and timely and ensure contractual requirements are documented and met. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of admin or cost-tracking experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint, and the ability to coordinate with field staff, vendors, and clients

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of admin support experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, organizational, and recordkeeping skills with high accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to work with clients, managers, crew, and support staff.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Preferred: accounting experience including job cost tracking, daily cost reporting, invoices, or accounts payable support; familiarity with RCMS, EPA Form 1900-55, or Dynamics.
• Experience supporting field, construction, environmental, or government/EPA projects is a plus.

Mansioni

• Enter and track crew timekeeping from sign-in sheets and timesheets; maintain accurate records.
• Track expenses: receipts, mileage, per diems, equipment costs for projects.
• Prepare daily cost reports and submit to client representatives.
• Process vendor invoices with coding and approvals; assist with accounts payable and billing.
• Prepare monthly project cost and burn reports with spending projections.
• Support procurement and subcontract administration with quotes, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Maintain organized project files in SharePoint or designated systems.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, clients, and corporate support staff.
• Follow safety procedures and report concerns as required.
