Job summary

KEMRON Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Cost Accountant to support project operations in the Atlanta, GA area.

This field-based role manages cost records, procurement and administrative tasks to ensure contractual requirements are documented and met. The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of administrative support experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of administrative support experience preferred.
• Strong math, analytical and recordkeeping abilities with accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Enter and track crew timekeeping from sign-in sheets and timesheets; maintain accurate records.
• Track expenses including receipts, mileage, per diem, equipment costs and other project costs.
• Prepare daily cost reports and submit cost documentation to client representatives.
