Qualifications

• 1–2 years of construction or project support experience, GMP preferred.
• GMP environment familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field construction activities across trades.
• Track work progress, schedules, and field activities.
• Ensure GMP and site procedures compliance with contractors.
• Support permit tracking (hot work, LOTO, confined space) with EHS.
• Maintain field logs, reports, and punch lists.
• Participate in coordination meetings and document notes.
• Assist in follow-up on open issues and action items.
• Support turnover activities with documentation.
• Foster communication among construction, engineering, CQV, and operations.
