Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Coordinator to coordinate and manage project tasks within the GMP program, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. The role emphasizes maintaining GMP documents, logging activities, and supporting management in planning shutdowns and startup activities.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 6 months to 1 year of experience, and safety training.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team.
• Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Stop at risk behavior of others and self.
• Communicate with lead, supervisor, coworkers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• Understand reporting systems and the environment.
• Consistently follow all customer and SBM SOPs and procedures.
• Respond to customer requests in a professional manner.
• Maintain clear and accurate GMP documents/procedures for reference purposes.
• Assist management in the planning and scheduling of shutdowns, commissioning, and/or de-commissioning states of controlled environments.
• Conduct on-the-job trainings and assist in the qualifying process of new-hired employees.
