Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a Field Coordinator to support the project team with construction documents, subcontracts, and purchase orders. This entry-level role involves responding to questions on drawings, specs, shop drawings, and change orders, while maintaining professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction experience.
• Associates degree preferred or equivalent combination of training or related experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of change orders, including time extensions, with the appropriate personnel before submittal to the owner.
• Demonstrates understanding of the change management process and maintains the change order log.
• Assist in development of procurement schedules and integrate with the project CPM schedule.
• Support execution of the project management plan and contribute to relentless execution of the project.
