Job summary

OBR Cooling Towers, LLC is seeking a Cooling Tower Tech (CTT) to assist with the construction, erection, installation, fabrication and repairs for cooling towers across the United States. The role may require extensive travel depending on project location and duration.

The CTT will read plans, assist with equipment installation, and work safely with supervision. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with OSHA 10 preferred; experience in an industrial setting is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License or ID Card and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 Certification preferred.
• Experience working in an industrial workplace.

Responsibilities

• Safely assist with installation and erection of cooling towers and components.
• Read blueprints and liaise with Foreman for material directions.
• Assist with selecting lumber and materials for the job.
• Work at heights with 100% tie-off where required.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by supervision.
