Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking an Outside Contents Evaluator Assistant to support the physical onsite inventory process and data uploads. The role involves driving to loss locations, recording field activities, and assisting with maintenance of vehicles and equipment while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend policy language.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with finalizing physical onsite inventory of contents at loss locations under supervision.
• Drive to and from loss locations and log field activities.
• Upload data from field work to the server.
• Maintain and operate crew vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Follow all regulations, policies, and procedures and support quality programs.
