Job summary

Sedgwick in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an Outside Contents Evaluator Assistant to support field inventory of loss contents and data uploads from the road. This role focuses on accurate onsite inventory, vehicle maintenance tracking, and ensuring compliance with procedures while supporting a quality program.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of customer service experience, and strong communication skills; ability to work outdoors and travel as required; and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One (1) year customer service experience or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to read policy language.

Responsibilities

• Assists in completing the physical onsite inventory of total loss contents items under the direction of Outside Contents Evaluator Associate.
• Tracks time and logs file notes for all of that day’s field activity.
• Oversees vehicle maintenance: gas, oil changes, tire rotations, and other repairs.
• Maintains daily care and maintenance of all equipment.
• Travels as required and complies with all policies and procedures.
