Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Sales Consultant to represent the company in the market. You will visit customers, conduct consultative sales conversations, and increase revenue by building trusted relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

You will develop account growth plans, analyze data, and maintain CRM records to drive incremental sales while staying current with product knowledge and market competition.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust.
• Discover and identify customer growth needs.
• Develop a customer growth plan for each account and build a sales pipeline.
• Analyze data to increase sales and grow customer business.
• Pre-plan account visits with an agenda and selling opportunities documented in CRM.
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and present them effectively.
• Propose selling solutions and close sales using consultative selling.
• Support internal SGWS and supplier objectives as prioritized by management.
• Resolve customer issues and provide guidance to support growth.
• Stay current with competitors and market offerings and adjust approach accordingly.
• Document and maintain account information in CRM; participate in meetings and training.
