Kent Companies seeks a Construction Support Specialist to operate as the on-site hub for field crews, connecting the job site with the corporate office. This role covers onboarding, IT support, payroll/HR queries, PPE distribution, and general project logistics for remote projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding, assisting with field equipment, safety record maintenance, and supporting recruiting logistics and meeting planning for out-of-town assignments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of administrative experience, construction experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and HR tasks for on-site hires.
• Provide IT and equipment support for field staff.
• Distribute PPE and maintain safety records with safety teams.
• Support recruitment logistics and field project needs.
• Arrange meeting logistics and housing for out-of-town projects.
• Maintain field trailer office equipment and supplies.
