Job summary

SQUAN is seeking a Field Construction Supervisor to oversee safety and performance for on-site crews on Fort Worth projects. You will lead by example, enforce safety procedures, and ensure quality work within budget and schedules.

You will monitor activities, train crews, inspect equipment and materials, and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years as a construction supervisor in a similar role.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; able to pass a DOT physical.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and understand flag and tag procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and performance of all crew members on projects.
• Educate and lead by example on safety procedures.
• Inspect equipment, materials, and site conditions.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and deadlines.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors; coordinate with teams.
• Provide leadership to develop team skills; support on-call rotations.
• Ensure digs are properly called in and communicate with jurisdictions.
• Perform QA inspections during and after work to meet customer requirements.
