Job summary

SQUAN is seeking a Field Construction Supervisor to oversee safety and performance across multiple crews on our Wisconsin projects. You will educate and lead by example, ensure quality, and keep projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include safety training, site inspections, coordinating subcontractors, and communicating with HOA or local authorities. Applicants should have a valid US work authorization and a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience as a construction supervisor.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Understands flag and tag procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety practices and compliance on all sites.
• Lead crews and train team members on procedures.
• Inspect equipment, materials, and site conditions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to meet deadlines.
• Ensure work meets customer specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate with homeowners’ associations and stakeholders.
